Grant has yet to say any real words (he has started saying 'uh oh' but it sounds more like 'oh oh'), but lately he has really taken off with his signs. Today he started doing the sign for cracker, and since he loves Goldfish crackers, he has been asking for them all day. He also does signs for all done, eat, drink, more, cheese, cereal, and he is trying to do the sign for book. He understands so much, but he just doesn't talk. Desert Kids doesn't start speech therapy until age two, but I am scheduling for Arizona Early Intervention to come evaluate because I would rather start now if possible. For now I need to brush up on my baby signs because its been awhile since we used them with Cole.
